Dosage

• For extemporaneous use only
• Common dosage range:
• Metabolic/PCOS: 2 g - 4 g daily
• Nervous Systems: Up to 16 g daily
• Can be taken with or without food
• It is advisable to begin supplementation at the low end of the dose range, increasing if required

Warnings

• Inositol has not been extensively tested for its effects during pregnancy
• Avoid use during pregnancy or lactation, unless confident that its impact can be reasonably deemed to be safe or beneficial
