Inspired by the culinary heritage of the Catalan Mediterranean region. Signature botanicals include the local arbequina olive, bitter and sweet orange, lemon, rosemary, and thyme. The nose is big on the herbal side, especially rosemary, but is gentle and never overpowering. The palate likewise leans herbal with the rosemary and thyme dominating, but with a solid juniper background and the brightness of citrus to balance it all and keep it from becoming overly savory. A modern classic. Bottled at 42.7% abv.
