This striking Hammered Silver & Copper Ring Necklace was handcrafted by Nevada Silversmith Jim Daggett. The 45-piece Necklace is comprised of 10 large Hammered Nickel Silver Oval Rings, 11 large Hammered Copper Oval Rings, 23 Nickel Silver Jump Rings, and a Toggle Clasp crafted from Hammered Nickel Silver & Copper (Ring & Bar). Nickel Silver has the same shimmering radiance as Sterling Silver, with the added benefit that it resists tarnishing. The large Oval Rings were fashioned from 12-gauge wire —  and the Jump Rings from 16-gauge wire — giving the Necklace a substantial feel, and providing strength and durability. Each Oval Ring was individually cut, shaped, soldered & hammered, then connected one to the next with the Nickel Silver Jump Rings (also individually formed), creating an interlocking Chain. Each piece was meticulously crafted, and polished to a gleaming shine. This 2-Metal creation is a work of art with great visual appeal! A beautiful and timeless piece. The Necklace weighs 43 grams and is 24-1/4 inches long.
