The natural fish oil concentrate contained in these gel capsules is produced under strict quality control standards. Ingredients:  Gel capsule (gelatin, enteric coating, glycerin, water) and vitamin E (in the form of natural D-alpha-tocopherol). Contains fish ingredients (sardines, anchovies and mackerel). Vitamin E from soy.

No ingredients derived from yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, eggs or crustaceans were used in the production process. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.

How to use:  Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, with a meal.
