Taking inspiration from hand-knotted rug Talisman, Joy features a hand-tufted version of the same Chinese Art Deco-inspired border, teamed with joyful hummingbirds, beautiful butterflies, chrysanthemums, and lotus flowers in full bloom, as well as soft clouds and gentle waves.

Joy is full of colour, pattern, and symbolism, with an uplifting story of hope and optimism. Colourful motifs etched in gold stand out against a pale wool backdrop, while the bold, bright, geometric border adds depth to the imagery as a frame does to an artwork.
