Vitamin E  is a group of compounds called tocopherols. Together with vitamin A, D and K, they belong to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. They are stored in the body mainly in fatty tissue and the adrenal glands, and not excreted in urine or sweat like water-soluble vitamins.

Additionally, the absorption of vitamin E is supported by other vitamins and minerals such as: A, B complex, C, manganese, selenium, phosphorus and essential fatty acids.

How to use : One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
