Ingredients: Orange Peel, Marshmallow Root, Fennel, Licorice Root, Cinnamon, Wild Cherry Bark, Echinacea Root.

Why We Chose These Ingredients:

• Orange Peel - decongestant, carminative, aromatic, digestive tonic
• Marshmallow Root - soothes inflamed and irritated tissues (demulcent), emollient, nutritive, cooling
• Fennel - carminative, aromatic, sweet
• Licorice Root - mucosal anti-inflammatory, adaptogen (increases resistance to stress), antitussive (reduces coughing), demulcent (rich in mucilage, sooth irritated tissue)
• Cinnamon - warming digestive and circulatory stimulant, regulates blood sugar, aromatic, astringent, carminative
• Wild Cherry Bark - sedates and cools tissues, antitussive, pectoral, tonic
• Echinacea Root - alterative,  antiseptic, antiviral, immune stimulant

Use:  

Mix contents of bag to ensure contents have not settled. Best made as a decoction (simmering in water for longer), rather than an infusion (pouring water over herbs to seep).  To a saucepan, add 8-10 oz of clean water and heat on stovetop.  Add about 1-2 teaspoons of our herbal blend and simmer on low for about 10-15 minutes, and then strain out the herbs via a mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
