This Black & Gray piece sits in our microfiber Persian-design line — a cotton-backed 1.2-million-points-per-m² construction, not the canonical 1200-reed/3-million-points hand-finished anchor line. The reed-count and density framework still applies in principle, but the absolute numbers are not directly comparable. The microfiber line trades the hand-finished feel of the 1200-reed range for a more accessible price point with similar pattern fidelity.

شانه (shaneh, "reed count") measures yarn points across the loom's width; تراکم (tarakom, "density") measures how tightly the rows pack along the length. Multiplied together they give total points per square meter — for this microfiber piece, 1.2 million points/m² on a soft, plush face. Higher reed counts hold finer pattern detail; higher density makes a heavier, more durable rug. These figures aren't always directly comparable across countries, mills, or fiber types — a Turkish microfiber piece is a different object from an Iranian hand-knotted rug, even if a spec line happens to match.
