How to use:  2 capsules a day with a meal with a glass of water. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store  in a dry and out of sunlight place, at a temperature of up to 25 degrees Celsius. Dietary supplements should be stored out of the reach of small children. Do not eat the sachet with the absorber (oxygen, moisture), keep it in the packaging.
