Victorian Gents Park Whip with Decorated Gilt Mounts - w1658This antique riding whip has a gilded cap and collar with cast foliate decoration. The collar has a blank shield which could have been engraved. There are no maker's marks or stamps. Between the cap and collar, the grip is covered in mahogany coloured leather with a very finely stitched seam.. The long stock or shaft is covered in braided linen.
