Printed in red with bold inscriptions, it features the denomination 8 Pesos on both sides and the phrase “Control del Talon – Año 1909” prominently in the center. The serial number 07057 is printed in black, making each stamp individually identifiable. These fiscal issues were not intended for postage but for use in financial administration and remained in the records of the collecting office (“Oficina Recaudadora”).
