L-Tyrosine 500 mg by NOW® (L-tyrosine)  is a relatively essential amino acid, needed for the production of neurotransmitters: dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline, as well as the skin pigment - melanin. Noradrenaline (norepinephrine) and adrenaline (epinephrine) are major factors in the body's response to acute stress and, together with dopamine, support positive mood and attention. In addition, L-tyrosine is critical for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland.

The L-tyrosine contained in this product is of pharmaceutical quality.

Does not contain : wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and tree nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.

Recommended use:  1 capsule 1-3 capsules a day.
