A new Bundle added for you to enjoy!  kcals 20/100ml  ÔPIA Organic Chardonnay ABV0%  This organic alcohol free chardonnay is pale yellow with green hues, the nose discloses aromas of acacia and peach, combined with a touch of citrus and vanilla. The palate is fresh and lively.  ÔPIA Cabernet Sauvignon  ABV0% is an organic, alcohol-free drink with a deep ruby red hue. The nose exudes characteristic aromas of the varietal such as jammy fruits, blackcurrant, morello cherry, vanilla and clove. The palate is dominated by fruity aromas and underpinned by a tannic structure. Its spicy, peppery notes give it warmth and a long, lingering finish. ÔPIA Cabernet Rosé  ABV0% is an organic alcohol-free drink with a pale pink hue and bright, clear appearance. The nose offers aromas of small red fruits such as redcurrant, blackcurrant and raspberry which combine harmoniously with delicate oral and spicy notes. The palate is elegant, fresh and underpinned by mouth watering notes of pink grapefruit. Making process The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed followed by skin maceration at cold temperatures of around 4°C. The maceration process, which is carried out before pressing, lasts for 8 hours and enables optimum extraction of all the components in the grape such as polyphenols, anthocyanins, tannins and resveratrols as well as minerals and aromatic precursors.
