Zip up hoodies are now part of our regular line-up! These beauties offer a soft mid-weight 100% polyester with a cotton-like finish, pockets, hood and upgraded YKK "hidden" zippers in matching colours. They are great quality, sublimate amazingly and are the same colours in all our size runs.

How's the Fit?
These offer a pretty true to size unisex fit. You could size down for more of a ladies fit, but keep the regular size for men.

How to measure
Measurements are when laid flat. Measurements are from shoulder seam to hem and chest (arm-pit to arm-pit seam)

Can you use these for more than sublimation?
Yes, definitely! You can use HTV, DTF, screen-printing, embroidery or any other style of printing!

Tips for sublimation - Settings may vary depending on your equipment.

1. Lint roll
2. Quick pre-press
   
3. Layout placement & cover entire surface with paper (so fabric doesn't touch press at all) 
4. Light pressure - 385 for 40 seconds (good starting point) increase time/temp as needed
5. Lint roll and/or shake out/lint roll shirt to "fluff"

Press instructions 
Temperature will vary depending on your press.
Manufacturer recommends 380F for 40 seconds with the use of a pressing pillow

Care Instructions
Like all 100% polyester these hoodies need proper care to avoid pilling. Please instruct your customers to wash on the following settings

MACHINE WASH COLD INSIDE OUT
DO NOT BLEACH
TUMBLE DRY LOW OR HANG DRY FOR BEST RESULTS
WARM IRON
USE DOWNY CARE FABRIC SOFTNER AS RECOMMENDED
