Directions: Hold the Palo Santo stick at a downward angle. Ignite the tip and once aflame, gently blow out the flame, allowing only smoke to emanate. Waft this sacred smoke around your body or desired space, letting its purifying essence permeate the area. After completing the smudging, place the stick in a fire-resistant dish and snuff it out using sand.
