Vintage 80s Womens Burberrys Coat Beige Trench w/Wool Plaid Liner

Classic trench with all the iconic details: fold down collar, epaulettes at the shoulders and adjustable sleeve cuffs with brown leather buckle, matching the buckle on the belt. **The belt is a little lighter than the coat as seen in the pics, but this is how the coat came to me, so perhaps original owner either swapped it out from a different coat or it was never used so never darkened from use?

size tag: interior of pocket has a tag that says "52 short" under "Order" but I think this is a now defunct British sizing system. Please see measurements below to ensure fit
fabric: liner is 100% wool, exterior 51% cotton, 49% polyester
condition: very good with no visible issues, other than one small brown line mark at the right hip, just outside the pocket. Not visible unless pointed out.
