Vintage 1970s blouse by Lady Arrow. Polyester fabric is slightly off white with red polka dots. Great bishop style sleeves with double button cuffs. Long attached sash to style as you like. Button front. There is a slight defect running down the front placket along button holes, I believe this occurred in manufacturing. Please see photos. I doubt it will be noticeable when worn. No other flaws, ready to wear.
